We offer free technical assistance to all customers who may be unsure of their requirements.

We also supply all our products in clear sealed packaging to enable their suitability to be verified without breaking the seal. For standard items, full refund will be given, excluding postage, provided goods are returned in their sealed packaging within 7 days.

WARRANTY

All products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase, provided they have been used in a manner appropriate to the goods supplied. On no account will this guarantee apply to cable assemblies used in a harsh environment, which are not armoured. If you are unsure of armouring requirements contact us to discuss your specific requirements before ordering.

Seller's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of goods, at Seller's option, which Seller's examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to be defective. In no event shall Seller's liability for any breach of warranty exceed the net selling price of the defective goods.
